Since Jude Bellingham’s arrival in Madrid, he has consistently showcased his remarkable goal-scoring prowess, but also finding the back of the net when it matters most. However, even in a friendly match where the stakes may not be as high, such as when England hosts Australia on Friday evening, I remain confident that he will score.

Bellingham has an impressive record, tallying 12 goals in 12 games for both his club and country so far this season. When he faces opponents like Jordan Bos of Westerlo or Cameron Burgess from Ipswich Town, I can see him getting plenty space to continue his goal-scoring streak.

WARNING: It’s worth noting that if your bookmaker doesn’t offer a full cash-out option up to kick-off, you might consider waiting until the line-ups are announced since this is a friendly match, and he may not start.

For our second bet, we’ve selected a Bet Builder that aligns perfectly with the International Break system. Much like Bellingham, Harry Kane has had no difficulty finding the back of the net since his summer transfer. As the England captain, he is likely to start and will have the opportunity to take penalty kicks, especially considering that Australia conceded two penalties in their last friendly against Mexico and one in a June exhibition match against Ecuador.

Even if Harry doesn’t win a penalty, he should receive numerous goal-scoring opportunities, given the presence of playmakers like Bellingham, Phil Foden, Marcus Rashford, and Jack Grealish. Kane has already netted six goals in six games since England’s significant victory against Scotland at Hampden Park last month.

It seems highly unlikely that the Socceroos will achieve a positive result in this match, and the odds reflect that sentiment. England has won five of their last six matches since their World Cup quarter-final exit at the hands of France, scoring 19 goals and conceding only three.

Meanwhile, Australia has played four friendlies since their elimination from the 2022 World Cup, with just one win at home against Ecuador. They suffered a 2-1 defeat in a rematch against the Ecuadorians and faced the World Champions, Argentina, in a losing effort, falling 2-0. In their most recent match in September, they managed to secure a 2-2 draw with Mexico despite being 2-0 up earlier in the game. All signs point to England being too strong for Australia in this encounter.

For the final leg, in two of those matches, both played outside of Australia, Graham Arnold’s team have picked up yellow cards so I think that rounds out our Bet Builder.  The referee is Stéphanie Frappart of France and she averages 2.62 yellow cards in the last eight matches she has officiated.

NOTE – keep out on our Twitter (X) page over the day as we may add more bets on this once the bookies announce their specials and boosts. For example, Betfair are offering Bet £5, Get a £5 Free Bet which we are taking advantage of here.

Good luck.
