The Manchester United man is on fire for Steve Clarke’s Scotland scoring seven goals in the seven qualifiers and we are getting 3/1 for either him to score or create an assist here. Hampden Park will be a party like atmosphere as the Scots have not had an opportunity to celebrate their qualification and they have already shown their superiority over Norway last June.
Clarke’s defence kept Erling Haaland quiet that day, apart from the big man winning a dubious penalty (and scoring it) but the Scottish will not have to worry about him today. Haaland is out with an injury so this will give the Scots more freedom across the park.
McTominay plays in an advanced role under Clarke and although he only has one assist across the seven games, getting 3/1 for him to score is a great price in a game where the Scots should find a win.
